How can I pay for my expenses?

We accept cash (in Euros) and credit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express

We do not accept checks.

Do I need a credit to book online?

Yes, you do need a credit card to book online. The credit card details will be asked during the booking process.

Is my credit card charged at the booking?

Depending on the chosen offer, three options are possible :

  1. For a standard booking, your credit card is only taken as guarantee
  2. For packages and spécial offers, a full paiement is requested at the time of the booking
  3. In other cases, only a down-payement will be asked

In all cases, always read carefully the informations on the website, everything is written during the booking process and in the booking confirmation that you will receive by email.

Who knows my credit card details ?

We are using a secured software, specialized in online payments called Paybox and using the 3D-Secure system. We do not have access to your credit details when they are entered during the online booking process.

Which languages do you speak ?

All our team members speak French and English.

Other languages are possible depending on which team member is welcoming you.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed ?

Once your booking is confirmed, you will automatically receive a booking confirmation via email.

If you do not receive anything, kindly check your spam or contact us by email or phone.

What is the hotel address ?

How do I get an invoice ?

An invoice is automatically given during check out on the day of departure. If you need a duplicate or a soft copy, do not hesitate to ak at the front desk or contact us, we will be able to give you one.

How can I change or cancel my booking ?

Some bookings can be amended or cancelled directly from the link on your booking confirmation sent to your email address.

On the contrary, you can always contact us by email or phone call.

At what time can I check in? And need to check out ?

Check-ins can be made from 3.00pm onwards. The rooms need to be vacant by 11.00am.

A late check-out or early check-in can sometimes be arranged depending on the occupancy. Kindly ask what are the options to the front desk.

Can I add a baby bed in the room . Do you have baby beds available ?

Some of the rooms can accommodate an extra baby bed or a single bed. During the booking, it is possible to add an extra bed, the options will be suggested according to the number of people chosen.

Do you accept pets ?

Unfortuantely, pets are not allowed in the hotel.

At what time is breakfast served ?

Breakfast in served from 7.00am until 10.00am on weekdays (from Monday to Friday) and from 7.30am to 10.30am on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and public holidays.

Is there a train station close by ?

Beaune Train Station is located 20 minutes on foot from the hotel or 10 minutes by car.

Does the hotel have a car park ?

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have parking spaces. However, you can find the République parking lot right across the street.

You are welcome to come and unload your luggage in the courtyard.

Feel free to ask at the reception, and the team will guide you to the available options.

Are you equipped with an elevator ?

Located in an 18th-century private house, the hotel unfortunately does not have an elevator. However, we do have a ground-floor room equipped for the comfort of guests with reduced mobility.

Is the breakfast served in the room ?

Being a small hôtel, we only propose breakfast in our main dining room on the ground floor.

Is there a safe in the bedroom ?

Each room is indeed equipped with an indivdual safe.

Do you have an internet connection available for the customers ?

Yes, we do propose WI-FI for all our customers. The connexion passwords can we asked at the front desk.

Does the hotel have smoking rooms ?

The Solstice establishment is entirely non-smoking.
